William Byron won the Quaker State 400 NASCAR Cup Series race at Atlanta Motor Speedway. The race was cut short on lap 185 of the scheduled 260 for rain. The win is his fourth win of the year, second at Atlanta and eighth career win.

Stage 1 was won by Ryan Blaney. Stage 2 was won by Brad Keselowski.
